Harper's Prayer Blog

This blog has been started as a prayer book for Harper Brown Stamps, born on January 16, 2009. Harper was born weighing 9 lbs and 12 oz, but immediately began having trouble breathing. Join us in praying for the healing of Harper's little body, for her parents Scott and Kelly, and for the doctors treating. Please feel free to leave your prayers and encouragement for her here. If you wish, leave your name, where you live, and a link to your blog.

Kelly and Scott,
Know that we are on our knees for you praying and pleading for the healing of your precious baby girl. I pray that this blog is a place of encouragement and hope for you - a place where you can come and draw strength knowing that our mighty and powerful God knows you, and knows your baby. He, and only He, is the miracle worker who formed Harper in your womb, and who created her for a special purpose. We, here in blog land, love you dearly and look forward to the day we see pictures on your blog of a bubbly little girl playing with Dawson!

On our Knees,

Scott and Kelly,
"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit hemself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will." Romans 8:26-27
When I first heard of Harper's condition on Friday night this verse immediately came to mind. Of course, I prayed for her healing...and at that moment it was so overwhelming that I asked the Spirit to intercede for me, for Harper, and for both of you. When our heart aches so deeply and when we are overcome with such emotion....He goes to the Father with groans that we cannot express. And for that, we are so grateful. I truly believe that each and every person posting prayers for Harper will commit to pray for her EVERYDAY until the day she is at rest in your arms at her home in one of her monogrammed dresses.
In Him,

T-shirt info.

I just want everyone to know, in case you're wondering, I am NOT, in ANY way, receiving a profit from these t-shirts. The company that we are working with is donating $10 to Harper. It does cost them some money to make the shirts, therefore, that is where the other $10 is going. I know that some of you have felt that myself or Melissa are making a profit on these, but I can assure you that that is NOT the case. The only thing I'm receiving in return is the JOY that comes with doing something to help my dear friends ~ Kelly, Scott and sweet Harper. Please, if there are any more questions, just ask! :) Thank you, Jess :)

Prayers from Indiana!

Harper,
You have made wonderful progress today! Keep it up pretty girl!
Sending prayers and positive thoughts to the entire Stamp's family!

With love,
Ruthann
Mishawaka, Indiana
Hello sweet Harper girl!
At this point in your little life you have no idea what is going on around you. You have no idea how much you are loved by your family. You have no idea how much hurt your parents are feeling that you are sick. You have no idea how many people prayed for you before you were even created in your mother's womb and you have no idea how many people are praying for you now! {It's a lot, btw:-)}
Every child is a sweet and perfect gift from above.
Every child is created with a purpose. Your purpose{and you are already fulfilling it by getting better}, is to show people what faith and trusting in God is really all about.
I am praying for you everyday. I am praying that you will continue to fight and get better.
I am praying for your parents, that they will continue to feel the love of God through all this. That they will cling to their faith and remember that it is through the rain that beauty is made.
I am praying for your doctors and nurses that they will continue to have the knowledge and wisdom to know what you need and when you need it. God is the ultimate physician and I am praying that His healing hand will continue to guide your medical staff in the right direction.
I am praying for your roommates, the rest of the NICU babies, that they will continue to fight and improve just as much as you are!
"We live by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthians 5:7

Dear Lord,

Please watch over Harper as she grows stronger in the NICU. Please be with Kelly and Scott and give them the spiritual, emotional and physical strength they need during this trying time in their lives. Be with the doctors and guide their decisions in Harper’s treatment. Please give the doctors and nurses wisdom to do things at just the right time and in just the right manner that will enable Harper to get well as soon as possible.

Lord, I have seen your handiwork in the NICU first hand and know that you are in complete control. Please send a guardian angel to be by Harper’s side and to hold her hand through all of this.

In your name I pray, Amen.

Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

To Precious Harper and your sweet mommy and daddy,

I have followed your mommy's blog since before you even came to be and feel very much that we would be great friends if we lived near one another. I rejoiced with her and many others when we found out you were coming, and loved following the weeks and months of anticipated joy until you finally arrived. What a joyous day!

I find comfort in the scripture from James 5:15..."And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well..." Believe me, there are so many of us not only praying for you, but believing that you will be well and fully and completely healed. God has you in His mighty hands, I have no doubt about that.

Precious baby girl, you are a fighter and you have so much love surrounding you. God's plans are so much greater than we can imagine.

"Now to Him who is able to do IMMEASURABLY MORE than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory..." Ephesians 3:20-21

Lord, heal Harper and may all the glory be yours!

Prayers from Kansas...

Father God~
I lay sweet Harper in your hands and pray that you would hold her close to you in this time of need. Wrap your arms around her parents and family and carry them as they are look on and put their whole trust in You and the doctors in charge of their baby girl's care. As an NICU nurse I understand the anxiety they must be feeling and know that look of helplessness I see so often in a parent's eyes. I pray that you will totally and completely heal her little body and that she will have no long term effects from whatever is going on with her right now. I pray that you would keep her parents calm and you would give them a peace that can only come from You. Guide her doctors and nurses. Give them the knowledge and wisdom to give her the best care and the words to give the best updates to her parents. Let them be comfortable telling exactly what they think about Harper's situation and help them to relay the information in words that will help her parents understand exactly what is going on. I pray that you bless this precious little girl and hold her and love her. Get her through this time and may her time in the NICU only be a memory that her parents tell her when she's old enough to understand. Thank you.
In your precious son's name, Amen.

Harper, sweet girl, you are a fighter! You are loved SO MUCH already by your mommy and daddy, Heavenly father, and strangers you don't even know. We are praying hard that God would put his healing hand upon you and heal your tiny body. One of my favorite verses that I pray for your family is this:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Prayers from Rural Arkansas

Scott and Kelly-

What an inspiration and a testimony to the great faith God has graced you with. As we walk the path God has designed for us, we never hope that this walk brings pain and suffering and illness, but sometimes it does...and it can't be explained...except to say that God is and always will be manning this ship and knows what He has in store for us. He is working miracles in Harper...I see it and feel it. He is bringing hundreds of thousands closer in their walk with Him through your trials. He is getting the glory for it all! It reminds me of the song "Glory" by Selah. In all this we should be continually singing "Glory to His name." I feel like I know you guys when the only "knowing" I get is from what I've been reading from Kelly's blog for over a year. You guys are loved by thousands and I continue to pray for Harper's full recovery. She is a tremendous blessing and is proving to be a fighter. What a story you have to tell her years down the road. And what a wonderful testimony to teach her about the AWESOMENESS of our Saviour. God bless you both and your families and Sweet Harper.

With love,

Dearest Father, I know that You are in the midst of all that this family is struggling through. I know that Your heart grieves for their grief but also rejoices because Your Name is being glorified through this. I thank You and praise You so much for that! It is so clear that You are working in this because You have drawn so many people from all corners of the earth to lift this family up to You. What an honor to be a part of that!

Father, I lift up sweet little Harper. I pray, Lord, that You will continue to touch her body and bring healing to her. I pray that this time of miraculous intervention will stay with her for the rest of her life, that she may always know beyond every shadow of a doubt that You are with her and that You passionately love her. May her life be fully devoted to following You and to glorifying You as she grows!

Father, I pray for Scott and Kelly. I cannot imagine the extremes of emotion they are going through as they watch their long-awaited daughter struggling for life and then turn around and see the amazing things You are doing all around them. Lord, they desire to be used to glorify Your Name, but I'm sure they would just as soon be able to do it with little Harper safe and healthy at home! I pray that You will give them all the strength they need to be used in the way You desire for them to be used while they are in the hospital. I pray that when they do go home, You will show them ways they can use this to minister. But above all right now, I ask that You bring them comfort, joy, and peace - only You can do that in the midst of such a terrifying time. Thank You, Father, that You give that to us!

Thank You, my Lord, for the incredible outpouring of prayer. Thank You for showing Your hand. Thank You for Your amazing presence. Thank You for showing that we can come together with nothing in common beyond a love for You.

Dear Lord Jesus,

You are mighty. You are the all-knowing, all-powerful God. I praise your name.

Harper is sick. She needs your touch. I ask you to heal her body. I ask that you perform a miracle even now. Please help her make a total turn around so fast that there is no doubt it was your handiwork. I know you love her with a love none of us can begin to understand. Thank you for loving her and holding her in your hand. Thank you in advance for answering our plea for Harper.

While you are doing a work on Harper, please be with Scott, Kelly, and their entire family. Give them a peace that only you can give. Give them rest, Lord. Thank you for their faithfulness to you.

I know when she is healed only you will get the glory. There are so many people focusing on this little baby, Lord, your name will be made great when you heal this darling girl.

I also ask, Lord, that you would be with every single baby in the NICU across the world right now. Bring healing to their body and comfort to their family, Lord.

In your precious holy name,

Amen.

My family and I have been praying for Harper since she was born. My niece, Kimberly, was born with pneumonia also, and spent 3 and half weeks in the NICU. God's healing power is amazing - she is now a healthy, strong 4 year old little girl. I am confident that, because of God's grace, Harper will come through this as well. Your faith in this time of trial is inspirational.

Like many others, just wanted to let you know that your family is being prayed for. God bless you for being so generous to share your family and your story. Still praying in Tennessee...

Dear Harper,
It is no secret what a WONDERFUL Mommy you have. She is such a strong example of faith to so many, including me. I have written to your Mommy before telling her what an inspiration she was to me while trying to accept my own infertility. She has always been such a sweet and faithful "friend", even though we have never "met". Your Mommy taught me that even in times of trial, you still have to have FAITH. I became closer to God than I had ever been before, and am so THANKFUL to your Mommy for that! Harper, let me tell you, I have NEVER gone to my God the way I have the past 3 days. I have laid at His feet and pleaded for your little life. Once again, I have been pulled closer to Him because of your family! I know that God is using you to do this for thousands of other people across the world. YOU WERE NO ACCIDENT, YOU ARE HIS CHILD, and you are doing His work. You have only been on this Earth for 3 days, but you have probably given more hearts to Jesus through your life than most people do in a lifetime. Thank YOU Harper Brown Stamps. You truly are an angel.

We LOVE you Stamps Family and will continue to pray until that sweet angel is home where she belongs.

Prayer for Sweet Harper

Dear Lord:
We are so thankful for good news, today~for sweet little Harper. Praise YOU! May you continue to heal her little body. Please bring peace, strength and rest to Scott and Kelly. Be with Harper's grandparents and extended family. We know that only YOU can heal this sweet little girl. Bless Harper's life: May she always love you and bring honor and glory to Your Name. Praying in Washington

Jesus, I ask that you would place your very strong and gentle hands upon Harper's little body. Touch her, Jesus. Wherever there is chaos inside her body, I ask that you bring it into order. Thank you for the love you are pouring over her, and thank you for your healing touch. As people see this love being poured upon this family, may it be a reflection of Jesus to all who see it. All for your glory, Lord. Through this journey to Harper's healing, may all those around her be drawn closer to you. May your name be praised, and may Harper's life radiate with praise for her Healer! Amen.

And to Harper's family: I love seeing the response of the body of Christ! This is what we are called to be to one another. Receive it as a big hug straight from the arms of Jesus! And, because of the time zones, I also wanted to let you know your little girl is literally being prayed for around the clock. Sleep peacefully, knowing that those of us 3 hours behind are joyfully taking the night shift in prayer! Love to you all...

Precious Baby Harper

Lord,
Thank you for sweet, sweet Harper.

Psalm 139:13-16

13 For you created Harper's inmost being; you knit her together in her mother's womb.
14 We praise you because she is fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, we know that full well. 15 Her frame was not hidden from you when she was made in the secret place. When Harper was woven together in the depths of the earth, 16 your eyes saw her unformed body. All the days ordained for her were written in your book before one of them came to be.

Please continue to grant peace and comfort to Scott, Kelly and all who love them as you continue to reveal yourself in sweet Harper. Thank you for letting us all be a part of something much bigger than any of us... Lord, continue to heal sweet Harper's body.

Lord, as a mother who has both carried a miracle out of the NICU toward home and released another to your arms, I know that you are more than able to conquer what concerns Kelly today. Harper is your masterpiece. Lord, you knitted her together fearfully and wonderfully and we know that full well. Every moment of every day of her life was ordained for long before the first one came to be. We trust you with that knowledge Lord and we choose to just praise you that Harper has come and is here now. Lord, we pray her strength and healing. We hope that you are whispering sweet everythings into her ears tonight and that she would hear your voice louder than anyone else's. Breathe life into those lungs, filled that heart with strength. Oh God, none of this is a mystery to you, so we ask that you place your mighty hand of peace on Harper's sweet family tonight and we pray that your joy will be their strength during these uncertain times. Jeremiah 32:17 reminds: "Nothing is too hard for God." Lord, you can work a miracle here and we believe you are already in the midst of a wonderous work, far more beautiful that we can hope or dream. We praise you, Lord. We praise you for the miracle of Harper Stamps.

Lord we come to you and pray for this sweet child that you have given Scott and Kelly. We thank you for that gift Jesus. We come and ask that you bring this family peace as they struggle to get through each day. Jesus give Harpers Doctors and Nurses the knowledge to heal her, to be gentle and loving with her, to encourage Scott and Kelly as parents. Lord you are a mighty God and you can heal this sweet baby. Place your hands upon her Jesus and take it all away. I thank you for the gifts you have given us Jesus. In your name Amen.

Prayer for Harper

We are praying for Harper. I left a message on your blog, but I read about this on Angie's website.

I have total confidence in the heart doctors at Saint Fransis. We live near Tulsa and were refered to Dr. Kimberling through our pediatrician. He immediately set me at ease. He is a father of small children and knows how it is to be a scared parent. My daughter saw him for two years. He decided to do a heart cath to fill a hole that did not close at birth. Two other holes that were not supposed to close closed on their own. During the heart cath, I was scared to death. Within a thirty minute time, he came out of surgery and told me she was miraculously healed. He is a very Godly man and brings God into that operating room with him. I have discussed him with others that have used him, and are very impressed. Your baby is in good hands.

Even More Prayers from Ohio....

We want to let you know that we have had your whole family in our family's prayers for days. I have been reading your blog for a while and I feel like I know you personally. Kelly, Scott, and Harper,
I came across your blog by accident through Angie Smith's blog...I now know there are no such things "by accident". I am a nurse and have worked in NICU for several years and am a mother to two young boys. I want you to know that I am lifting you, Harper, and your family in my prayers as well as for the many loved ones and friends that are traveling to be with you. I am also praying for those who are caring for Harper. They more than anything want to be able to tell you "good news" and that this precious baby girl is healthy. I am sure it breaks their heart when things haven't changed when it is time for updates. You guys have been so brave and so sharing with Harper. This is definately not what you thought was going to happen as you went to the hospital to finally meet this sweet daughter. I have not walked in your shoes, but have learned alot by your faithful journey. I do know that times like these are when our relationship with our Father is strengthened. Thank you again for sharing Harper with us. She looks so pink and beautiful! (those are good signs) and also, she is a girl....they are fighters!!!!

Kelly, Scott and Harper,

A good friend of mine sent me the link to your blog about a month ago. I have been so excited for you and Scott awaiting the arrival of Harper. I loved reading and hearing through your blog how blessed you felt to be having Harper. Your commitment to the Good Lord is inspiring. I have three children of my own and I cannot imagine what you are going through. My baby girl Ellie was born at 33 weeks at 2lbs14ozs. She was in NICU for 60 days. That was the longest time of my life, but the nurses always asked me how I was so calm and understanding. I knew that God had great plans for Ellie and it was out of my hands. That is how I feel about Harper, God has a great story in place for her life and this is just the begining. Try to stay positive, things are day by day in the NICU. I love you and am praying for Harper, you, Scott, your parents and all of the NICU stay that will be caring for her. THey are very special people. With Love, Katrina

Praying for Harper

Scott, Kelly & Beautiful Baby Harper:
You have no idea who I am, but my daughter has a blog and I have been following your pregnancy through her blog. I have three girls of my own and one granddaughter, girls are very special. I have been praying for Harper since the moment I found out she was having complications. God knit her together in your womb and made her big and strong and he has wonderful things planned for her to do here on this earth. Keep trusting in the Lord like you are. You are a great testimony to me and you both have so much to teach Harper. There are so many people praying for Harper's healing, the doctors, nurses and all of your family. Kelly, take care of yourself and try and get some rest. It is hard to think of yourself when you have a baby in NICU. I walked those same halls when my youngest was born and she's 24 now.
Keep the faith, A Mimi in Houston

Prayers from Michigan

Scott, Kelly, and Precious Harper,

Kelly I have "followed" you throughout most of your pregnancy from your blog. I was so excited and anxious for you due date. When I found out all the complications that you and Harper were going through it just broke my heart. I have prayed for Harper and your family before she was born and have continued to do so. I will continued to pray for Harper until she is out of the hospital and home where she belongs. I truly believe that she will be home soon, that God will completely heal your precious baby! I wish I lived closer so I could visit the hospital and give you a big hug. =]

Precious Harper

Sweet Harper, Kelly, Scott, and Family,

We are fervently praying for all of you! Wonderful are His works. Harper is gorgeous just like her momma! She is "fearfully and wonderfully made." What great plans He must have for this precious one who has forever captured the hearts of so many people around the world. May the Lord continue to bless you and keep you and perfect that which concerns you. Our daily prayers are with you.

Joyfully,

Sweet Baby, Mommy and Daddy-

We are praying for you all. God definitely has a plan for each and every life and we know He has a plan for baby Harper! What an amazing little girl to be loved and prayed for by people all over the world.

Our niece was taken to AR Children's Hospital for a congenital heart defect when she was born and there was one thing that was said to me that I keep thinking about when I pray for you all. A preacher said that there were so many people praying for my niece, even people who had never prayed before came to him and asked him to help them pray for her. How amazing is our God to use such a tiny little girl to help so many come to know Him better! I have no doubt that the same is happening now, and through our prayers she will get better.

We will continue to pray for all of you!

I pray for precious Harper and your family all the time. I just want you to know I had twins 2 years ago, and my little girl was born with something similar to what is wrong with Harper. She was on the same machines, fluid on her lungs, the nursing staff saying it was day to day, tubes everywhere, chest tubes put in, among alot of other things and Karlea is now a very HEALTHY happy regular 2 year old!

I know God will heal Harper as he healed Karlea and you will be holding your little or should we say your almost 10 pound bundle of joy before you know it! God Bless you!

Prayer and Faith

Kelly, I do not know you or your family however I have come to love you all as my family. I stummbled accross your blog several months ago and was so inspired by your faith that I added you to my favorites list and now I check your blog daily. I was so happy for you when you announced that you were pregnant. I sat at my computer and cried tears of joy for you...a complete stranger....that I have not even spoke to.... but it didn't matter...you are my sister in Christ and I was sooo happy for you. I prayed several times on Friday for Harpers birth. I did not get to check your blog again until today. I was so sad to see that little Harper is having a difficult time however I know that God is great and he knows what he is doing. We don't, but He does. You must pray and then let go, and let God. He knows what we can handle and will never put on us more than we can handle. Your faith and dedication to God during these past few days is so inspirational. I wish the best for you and your family. I will be following your updates as always. I may never meet you here on earth however I am sure to see you in heaven.

Dear God,
Please be with Harper and all those around her. Lift up their spirits, give them peace and comfort. Bless the doctors and nurses that tend to Harper. Give them guidance. Give them the knowledge to find the problem and ability to fix it. Give Harper the strength the endure all things. Wrap your arms around her and hold her tight until Kelly, Scott and others are able to do the same. If it be your will, make Harper another miracle in your many books of miracles. Please let the family and friends continue to look to you for support. You are an amazing God and I put my faith in you. In Jesus name....amen.

God Bless Harper

We have our own little miracle who was initially diagnosed in utero with a variety of problems which were "resolved" (healed) before he was born only to then have further issues which we were told were severe neurological deficits. He miraculously "turned the corner" on the second day and after a week in the NICU came home and grew into our procoscious and active 2 year old. The NICU is a scary place but full of amazing people. We pray that Harper would have her own miracle and healing and that God would continue to surround you with amazing support!!!

Praying in Little Rock

Scott and Kelly,

Our family is praying for each one of you and your special little girl. I asked my 7 year old son this morning to pray for Harper and Brayden when he said his morning prayers. He told me later that he did and later asked if it was okay to say another prayer for them. How incredible Jesus is to feel the heart of a child to pray for other children with all earnestness and faith. We continue to pray without ceasing for all of you and hope that you can feel covered in those prayers.

In His Love!

Special Little Girl

Little Miss Harper,

What a beautiful girl you are! You are such a little fighter! We cannot wait to see you in all of your little tutu's and monogrammed dresses. Harper, you are blessed beyond measure with a family with unwaivering faith in God and a following of people who are on bended knee for your health. You have brought so many people together in Jesus' name...you are one special little girl!

Lord, we just ask that you provide these Doctors with Your wisdom and that they may get Harper well, soon. We just ask in Your name, Lord, that you put your healing hand on Harper's precious body, and restore her body to health. We ask this in your name Heavenly Father. Amen.

God Bless,

Precious Jesus

Jesus,
I come to you acknowledging that you are the perfect God and you have all things under control. I ask that today you would heal little Harper's heart. Comfort Kelly and Scott and place your loving arms around them. You know how they have longed for this tiny baby for so many years and I ask that you heal her in only a way that You can do.
Amen

For that Harper-girl

Sweet Harper Brown, where do I begin? I think you are the one person in my life whom I have absolutely prayed for the most. From the time I "met" your sweet momma, I joined so many others in asking God to send your parents a the baby we knew they were meant to have. I recieved an email one day and my heart leapt! It was from your momma - she was pregnant with you! We all watched as you grew and grew and loved hearing all the details about you before you were born. We oohed and ahhed over your adorable nursery and logged in daily to check in on "our girls."

Then the day came and you were finally here! We were all anxiously waiting and waiting by the computer to see your sweet face. And when we heard you were having a hard time, we fell on our faces praying for you and your sweet parents and family. Little girl, you have had a rough go off it so far in your precious life - but I can tell you are one strong little sweetbabe, and you are going to be just fine. You are blessed with some of the most amazing parents out there, and you were created by the God of the Universe to be exactly who you are - and we know He is with you always. Now we pray for your complete healing and we thank God for the improvements you have already shown. We know He has great and mighty plans for you!

We love you and your family dearly, and we will continue to pray for each of ya'll without ceasing!!

Love you sweet girl,
Jenna in GA

Praying

Hi Kelly, Scott, Harper & family

Kelly, I read your story of how you fell pregnant ... such an awesome testimony ... you spent time focusing on God & Scott.
I want to encourage you to keep focusing on God during this "trial" ...
Your brother mentioned what a miracle Harper is, & how her healing will also be a miracle ... that is so exciting!

Father,
We declare that You are Jehovah Rapha - the Lord who heals - we thank You that Harper is healed. Your words says that by Jesus' stripes you are healed - so we declare that Harper is healed.
Father, thank you that the Stamps family will be able to hold Harper today. Thank You that the medical team working on her will see that Harper is responding positively to being "loved on".
We declare that Harper's
heart is established and steady (Ps 112:7).
I pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.

In Christ

Sweet Family

Know that my family is lifting each of you up - the medical team treating your precious little girl - and of course Harper herself. A few weeks ago I left this verse on the blog of someone who had a sick baby - I LOVE this verse -I hope it blesses you!

Matthew 18 verse 10 NIV

See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

Dear Harper,

You are one special little girl! I do not know you, or your Mommy and Daddy, personally, but I do know the God who created you and He is our Savior - yours and mine! He knitted you together inside your Mommy and you have been one anticipated baby! I check your Mommy's blog frequently and was so excited to see you'd been born. Even though you are having some difficulties right now, we are all believing that it is for some great purpose and we are trusting Jesus to heal you and to protect your Mommy and Daddy as they watch over you day after day. When I first saw your picture I was so struck by your beauty! You are so full of life and I can't wait to see your inner beauty grow as you heal and get older! I pray for you many times each day and can't wait to see how Jesus uses your life to bless His Kingdom! You are so special and so loved!

Dear Jesus, Thank you for Harper's life. Thank you for the miracle that she is. Please continue to heal her and to be with all her caregivers at the hospital. Bless her Mommy and Daddy, and the rest of her family, as they hold on to hope and faith in You during this difficult time. Renew them each day and encourage them with the constant presence of Your Spirit.
Amen

Sarah from GA

Dear Harper,

We don't know you, but we heard about your story through many different people who know and love your mama and her blog. What a beautiful baby girl you are. Even with the tubes that are helping you feel better one thing is for sure, you are a beautiful, perfect newborn baby girl. After hearing word of your arrival we have been on our knees praying for your little body to fight, fight, fight. We believe in miracles, and we pray BOLDLY that the Lord uses you to show the world that miracles happen in our midst!!

It is amazing the love you can have for a family you have never met before. I know it is because we all share the love of Jesus, and with that love comes a unity in HIS people.

You share the same special name as my 18 month old baby girl, Harper Faith, and every time I speak her name I think of you and lift up a prayer.

You are one brave and amazing baby girl. We promise to pray BOLDLY for God to heal your little body. We will pray for you without ceasing!

Precious girl...

Dear Harper,
We are praying for you! Your mommy and daddy too. And grandparents, and friends and everyone who loves you so much, though they just met you. God hears our cries for you. I know He will work your life for the good of His kingdom. The indelible mark you have made on the lives of so many strangers is just the beginning for you, little one. I pray that you will become a God-fearing woman, that will one day tell your own daughter about the special way you came into the world. I pray that your mommy and daddy will remind you each day of your life how many people care for you and think of you, reminded that God works miracles every day. So fight hard, Harper. We are all on our knees for you, sweet one!

With so much love and faith in our Healer,

Sweet Harper

Dear Kelly, Scott, and Harper:

You guys don't know me, but I've been praying for you ever since I re-found your blog (I think it may have been through Angie, even though I had found your blog a few weeks before and then lost the link). God is good, and I know that all of us - and many more not posting on here - have been lifting up prayers to Him for you. I cried when I first found out, and then I immediately started to pray. Harper is beautiful, and you guys are some of the best Christian role models for her. You are all so strong.

I know that this was unexpected, but God has a plan for each one of us. We are all praying constantly for you, and I pray that you'll continue to show the amazing strength you have been showing. Thank you for letting us into your lives. I pray that God will heal Harper as soon as He feels the time is right - although I know that we all want that to be right now! I know that God has a plan for beautiful Harper, and it includes all the people who are praying for her right now, all those people who know her name, all those people on their knees right now, praying to Our Father for all of you.

Peace and love in Christ,

Kelly, Scott, and Harper,
I don't know you, and just started reading your blog. I am praying for y'all so much, as we all know what the Lord God is capable of doing. He is good! I pray for you to feel a sense of peace as you wait, and for Harper to continue to get stronger every day. May the love you have for God continue to minister to so many thirsty people! Amen.

Sweet Baby Harper and family!

You have been on my mind since your Mama went in labor Friday morning. I checked all day waiting to see the first picture of you. When I came home that night late, I could not get to my computer fast enough to see pictures of you. My breath was taken away when I read the update and I could not believe it. I cried and prayed for you. I could not sleep that night worrying about you and you Mama and Daddy! My breath was taken away once again when I read your progress Saturday morning. You are one special girl!!

You have come into a family of such great people. I do not know them personally, although we probably live minutes from each other, but I know that they are some of the greatest Christian role models I have ever "met". It only makes sense that even you would come into this world and make such an impact on so many people with God's work on you over the last few days. Your Mama and Daddy do it everyday!!

We are continuing to pray for you and everyone in our life group has you on their prayer list as well. We are so excited to see you well and healthy (even though you look so healthy now, all 9lbs 12oz of you) and wearing all those adorable dresses with your name on them!!

He will heal you!! Praise God for everything he has done so far and what is to come!!

With Love...

Sweet Harper

Dear Sweet Harper,
Do you have any idea how many people know you by name and are lifting your name in prayer right this second? Jesus has a special plan for you. I believe that he is using you to touch and witness to so many.
Your mommy and daddy are very strong. I have been praying especially for strength for them. It is really hard to see your baby suffering. I have also been praying that God will give your mommy and daddy peace.
You have some really great doctors and nurses who are taking great care of you. I have been praying that God will grant them wisdom and clarity of understanding of how to treat you and make you better.
I pray especially for you sweet baby girl. I pray that you will continue to possess a fighting spirit and that you will continue to have strength. I pray that Jesus will reach down and completely heal your body. I pray that as you grow up that you will grow close to Jesus (I know that your mommy and daddy will tell you all about Jesus and all of the wonderful things that he has done).
Thank you, Harper, for letting me be part of your journey. I can't wait to watch you grow up to be a beautiful little girl!
Love,
Aubryn's mommy, Megan

Dear God I praise your name and thank You for this baby that You have sent to Kelly and Scott. I praised and have continued to praise Your name from the moment Kelly posted that You had granted her petitions with a pregnancy. I know that You have plans for Harper because you have assured us of it in Your word in Jeremiah 29:11. I am now asking that You heal Harper and allow her to grow stronger each moment and reach the point where Kelly and Scott can hold her in their arms and share their songs of joy with her. In Your son's name. Amen

Kelly, Scott, and Harper...I have followed your lives via the blog for many many months now and I know of the strength of your faith and have been blessed by it many times over by it. I will continue to pray for Harper's continued improvement and for the many opportunities are being presented to share your faith even more.
